Cancellation terms

The following cancellation conditions apply to hotel room reservations by groups: – Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees – 21 – 29 days before arrival: 25 % of the agreed turnover – 14 – 20 days before arrival: 50 % of the agreed turnover – 7 – 13 days before arrival: 75 % of the agreed turnover – Up to 6 days before arrival: 100 % of the agreed turnover

In the event of an adjustment or reduction of the reserved hotel room quota, the following conditions shall apply:

– Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees – 14 – 29 days before arrival: 25 % of the rooms can be cancelled without charges – 0 – 13 days before arrival: a maximum of 2 rooms can be cancelled without any fees These rules also apply to meals booked with the group reservation.

Credit card details will be used to guarantee the room. Charges will only be processed upon check-out or in the event of a non-arrival without proper notification.
