Check-out
Bitte das Zimmer am Abreisetag vor Beginn der Veranstaltung oder bis spätestens um 10:00 Uhr auschecken und den CAMPUS-Key an der Rezeption abgeben. Je nach Verfügbarkeit ist ein Late Check-out für CHF 50.00 möglich.

Nachtruhe
Nachtruhe ab 22:00 Uhr.

Notausgänge
Auf der Rückseite der Zimmertür befindet sich ein Plan mit dem nächstgelegenen Notausgang. Alle Notausgänge sind mit einem beleuchteten Notausgangsschild gekennzeichnet.

Bargeldloser Zahlungsverkehr
Lade deinen Campus-Key an einer unserer Aufladestationen auf und profitiere von vergünstigten Preisen in unseren Selbstbedienungsrestaurants und an den Selecta-Automaten. Am Ende deines Aufenthaltes kannst du deinen Campus-Key an einer der Ladestationen oder an der Rezeption entwerten. Dein Campus-Key dient auch als Zimmerschlüssel.

Bank / Bancomat
Der nächste Bancomat befindet sich am Bahnhof Sursee.

Zahlungsart
Neben Barzahlung akzeptieren wir auch Maestro-, Master-, Visa- und Postcards sowie V-Pay, TWINT und Reka.

TV, Radio und Wecker
Radio und Wecker sind direkt in den Fernseher integriert. Die Bedienungsanleitung und die Senderliste findest du auf dem Couchtisch.

Safe
Die Zimmer sind nicht mit einem Safe ausgestattet. Wenn du deine Wertsachen in einem Safe aufbewahren möchtest, wende dich bitte an die Réception.

Telefon
Auf dem gesamten Gelände des CAMPUS SURSEE stehen dir kostenlose öffentliche Telefone zur Verfügung, um Anrufe ins Schweizer Fest- und Mobilnetz zu tätigen. Kostenpflichtige Dienste sind ausgenommen. Vergiss nicht, die Ziffer „0“ vor der gewünschten Nummer zu wählen, um die Verbindung herzustellen.

Arzt
Für medizinische Hilfe vermitteln wir dir gerne einen Arzt.

Kostenloses WiFi 
In sämtlichen Gebäuden des CAMPUS SURSEE hast du die Möglichkeit, unser kostenloses WiFi zu nutzen.

1. Schalte bei deinem Gerät das WiFi ein (unter Einstellungen) und aktiviere das Netzwerk «CAMPUS SURSEE».
2. Starte deinen Webbrowser und wähle «Free SMS Login». Gib deine Mobilnummer ein.
3. Du erhältst einen Zugangscode per SMS. Gib diesen ein, um die Verbindung freizuschalten.
4. Lies und akzeptiere die Vertragsbedingungen. Du kannst jetzt 7 Tage kostenlosen Zugang nutzen. Danach musst du dich neu registrieren. Der WiFi Zugang kann mit bis zu drei Geräten genutzt werden.

Check-out
Please check out of your room on the day of departure before the start of the event or by 10.00am at the latest and return the CAMPUS key to reception. Depending on availability, late check-out is possible for a fee of CHF 50.00.

Night’s Rest
Night’s rest from 22:00.

Emergency Exits
There is a plan on the back of the room door showing the nearest emergency exit. All emergency exits are marked with an illuminated emergency exit sign.

Cashless Payment
Get discounts in our self-service restaurants and Selecta vending machines by charging your Campus Key at one of our charging stations. At the end of your stay, you can validate your Campus Key at one of the charging stations or at reception. Your Campus Key is also your room key.

Bank / ATM
The nearest ATM is at Sursee railway station.

Payment Methods
Besides cash, we accept Maestro, Master, Visa and Postcards, as well as V-Pay, TWINT and Reka.

TV, Radio and Alarm
The radio and alarm clock are integrated directly into the TV. The instruction manual and channel list are on the coffee table.

Safe
The rooms do not have a safe. If you wish to store your valuables in a safe, please contact reception.

Telephone
Free public telephones are available throughout CAMPUS SURSEE for calls to Swiss landlines and mobile phones (chargeable services excluded). Don’t forget to dial a „0“ in front of the number you wish to call.

Medical Assistance
We can arrange a doctor for medical assistance.

Free WiFi 
To use our WiFi free of charge in all buildings of CAMPUS SURSEE, simply follow these steps:

1. Activate WiFi on your device (under settings) and select the network «CAMPUS SURSEE».
2. Start your web browser. Choose «Free SMS Login». Enter your mobile phone number.
3. You will receive an access code by SMS. Enter it to activate the connection.
4. Read and accept the terms and conditions. You will need to register again after 7 days. WiFi access can be used with up to three devices.
